Bottle from BoE, at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig ’11. Dark brown. Faint, sweet aroma. Sweet, leathery, leafy taste. Sharp bitterness. Fair enough.

A Mes rate. At Chris O’s pre GBBF.
Probably not quite worthy of our 7k but there we go. Dark brown with a thin off White head. Fruity brown beer in a very Belgian style. Spritely yeasty notes and a good rounded malty finish. Nice enough.

Pours almost black with a nice lasting off white head, Aroma is earthy, fruity, roasted. Taste is dry and lingering. Some bitternes and fresh sour-ish finish. High drinkabillity!

Bottle @ Den smagsløse, Odense. Pours dark unclear amber with a creamy white head and lacings. Quite yeasty. Some tart barnyardy notes. Peppery and malty. Hoppy and smooth flavor with a find yeast character. Ends dry.

Pour is darker brown with a finger-wide light tan head that fades very quickly. Belgian yeast and peppercorn break through the aroma with a strong backing of roasted malts. Flavor is more on the smoked side with hints of chocolate, molasses, and burnt wood. Some Belgian spice in the finish. Interesting beer.

Bottle, 6%. Very slow gusher. Light fruity nose, slightly roasted. Very dark brown colour, seems clear. Quite stable light brown head. The flavour starts off slightly roasted, turns a little yeasty. Finishes with a sort of citric note.

I picked the right glass for this foamy pour - a widemouth Belgian goblet. Slightly irritating aroma of yeast and lemon peel - but it tastes very good. Fairly sweet and complex flavor - molasses, dates, apricot, a bit of citrus, and a lightly sharp finish. The label says it is a Belgian ale, but here it is described as a rye saison. Either way, it is good stuff.

Pours medium brown with a lofty lingering head. Smells of coffee bean and mocha. Medium nectar with ample residual effers. A mild to moderate roast intertwined with cocoa and a bit of spice. The finish lingers and has a nice bittering component. The brew is a bit fizzy with insignificant features.

Bottle from Mybrewerytap.com. Pours black as Coke with a thin layer of bubbles. Aroma is yeast, roasted caramel. Taste is sweet malty, light roasted to start with, before it turns sourish, farmyard and dry hoppy at the bitter end
