3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at Shamrocks. Served a hazy copper color with a small head that fades quickly with no real lacing. Aroma is quite subtle with dark fruit, bit of bread and yeast. Taste is a bit m ild with dark fruit, just a bit of malt sweetness and hops. There is no real bitterness and a very dry finish. Moderate body, smooth and well balanced. There is no hint of the 8.7% ABV. Enjoyable beer for the style. This is probably best suited to go with food or as an after dinner drink.
