Poured a hazy pinkish amber with a lingering ring of white bubbles. Aromas of bread, grapefruit, lemon zest and light floral notes. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of bread, lemon zest, light grapefruit and light rose water with a crisp dry finish.
