cask at DOLA... pours a light hazy pilsner yellow with w thin white head... citrusy hop nose with a little pear... citrus hops with fruity saison-like notes that goes down easy.

Sampled at DOLA 09. Pours a hazy light yellow with a thin soapy head. Light nose with some hay, citrus, and soap. Light malts. Citrus with an earthy bitterness.

Sampled at the Day of the Living Ales 2009, GI Wrigleyville, Chicago. It poured a hazy yellow body without much head. It had a citrusy nose with some orchard fruit and yeast. Thin. Kind of fruity with some sweet pale malt. A bit too sweet to me, lacking the dry spiciness that I normally associate with a Saison.

My last Goose Island beer of the day. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Citrus hops, well balanced with the malt. Easy to drink, was a nice change of pace from a lot of the stronger beers. Refreshing.
