COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Part three in the Saison series... This saison has Brettanomyces clausenii added for a very "barnyard" and sour Belgian character. Hazy earthbound notes balance out the edges of lemon zest that will have your mouth watering. Though this beer has a very specific taste profile, it is still fantastically drinkable.

Tap at Blind Tiger. Very pale straw-coloured beer. Aroma is soft and fruity with a full on horsey funkiness. Very soft grassy aroma that sits over a nice soft spiciness. Very lovely bright lemony citrus, earthy and a bit herbal. Grassy and lightly boozy. Crisp and decently refreshing. It is really an awesome saison.

on tap at the Publican..... pours a golden hazy light yellow brown with a moderate soapy white head.... aroma of pineapple and lemony citrus, musty and tart with just a little funk.... flavors were clean, crisp citrus fruits, a little pineapple, slightly tart. lively yet soft carbonation and a nice fluffy/creamy mouthfeel. clean dry finish. had there been a little more of a brett presence, this would have been awesome but still quite drinkable..wish i had more than just the one pour.

Draught @ BTAH. Pours light yellow with a bit of a white head. Nose is funky barnyard, horseblanket, very earthy. Flavor is big barnyard funk over a light wheat body - horseblanket, musty, faint horse urine. The funkiness isn’t massive, but it is prominent, and this one really succeeds as a session beer. My favorite of the three variants was the lacto, but this one is a great effort, and my favoritism is based solely on taste, not quality. Softly carbonated, light body.
