From the Jug at the GABF, Colorado Convention Center Denver 18/09/2010 Fruity peppery aroma. Black hoppy fruity and a little rich on the palate with a hint of dryness in a bitter coffee chocolate and pepper finish.

GABF 2010. Deep dark pour, chocolate, medium coffee notes with slight crushed pepper in the pretty smooth finish. Solid stout

tap at blind Tiger GI event (NYC) - black pour. arouma is coffee and black pepper, some soy and prune hints. Taste is very complex. The pepper and roasted coffee come through, some salty notes as well. Finishes hoppy. Paul compared this to chinese food and I think that’s pretty accurate. Packs a lot of flavor. Definitely a sipper, but some really interesting and tasty sips.
