Sample at Clybourn. Clear gold pour with a medium white head. Aroma is malty with a strong herb and spice character (coriander, rosemary, pepper). Rosemary pops out of the flavor first, followed by coriander with a sweet and peppery finish. Bizarre beer, but worth trying if you feel adventurous.
