3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Blonde paille, limpide, peu mousseuse, au nez fermier. En bouche, c’est ample, citronné, levuré. Toutes les saveurs sont au diapason; c’est très bon.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled at Whole Foods during Goose Island Migration Week St Louis, paired with Wild Ophelia chocolates. It poured a mostly clear golden colour with white foam, long-lasting with lace. Crisp, grainy, less tart and spicy than Matilda, but still somewhat complex. Rising bread dough, fruity esters, pepper and clove phenols. Approachable, drinkable, but still possessing some nice Belgian yeast aspects. Light body, spritzy carbonation, noble hop balance, dry finish, tasty. A good entry-drug to Belgian golden ales or saisons, in a similar way to Duvel, for instance.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear yellow body with a small white head of densely packed bubbles. Slightly sour grape aroma with funky barnyard notes as well. Wheat in the flavor with a few sour notes before a dry finish.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This one pours out a bright golden yellow with a fluffy white head. The aroma is spot on for a saison with the spiciness from the yeast. It had a nice taste that was light and balanced with a hint of pepper. Honestly it was one the most enjoyable saisons I’ve had in a while. This one stays true to the style and I love it.

Not bad. The Paradisi is much better. But still a nice fruitiness and refreshing taste.
