3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: JUL 8, 2010 Light aroma of citrus and yeast followed by flavors of tangy citrus and tart spices. Stars off a little sweet and ends with a dry finish. I’m not the biggest fan of saisons, but this one impressed me.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: JUL 1, 2010 22oz., bottled Oct. 23, 2009, cellar aged for most of that time. Pleasant lightly tart, fruity, flowery, citric nose, also showing some very light sugary sweetness and peppery spice, along with faint hints of wild yeast in the background. Pale, hazy golden straw color with a respectably foamy, lasting head. Flavor profile is remarkable, quietly complex, with a gentle blend of tartness and bitterness up front, fading into juicy citrus and light malt sweetness, finishing drier with suggestions of spice, wood and lingering, faint yeast esters. Palate is light and airy with plenty of soft carbonation, paired with a medium body. Drinkability is through the roof. Chilled for about 90 mins and served in the exact manner of glass suggested on the label. This is very nice indeed.

On tap. Pours a hazy gold with a tight white head. A very floral aroma with some yeast. Flavor is amazing; a cross between chardonay, champagne and beer. Very refreshing and drinkable. My girl loves this stuff and I am becoming a fan also!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
"Hazy yellow colored body with a big rocky head and thick lacing...the beer sparkles in the glass. Medium bodied and mildly sweet with a spicy hop bite. Oranges, grass, apricots, musty yeast and spicy noble hops. Fermented citrus flavor along with biscuits and straw as well as a heavy earthy yeast. Seems to have a nice white wine influence tucked in there as well. Interesting brew."

Doughy spicy nose. Hazy straw yellow color, big long lasting head. Sour cotton candy, bitter, tart, rich, good balance. Huge carbonation, medium body, incredibly fresh spicy citrusy finish with nice light funk and alcohol warmth. An outstanding beer. Full, complex, yet approachable, a must try.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours yellow with white head. Very quick dissipation. No retention. Nose is very strong peel, lemon, citrus, coriander and yeast. Taste if peel, lemon, white pepper, vanilla and light spices. One of the juicier and tastier saisons I’ve ever had. Quite phenomenal drinking. Perfect for sitting out on the porch on a hot day and chasing kids off your front lawn.

A-pours a slightly hazy pale straw color with a thin bubbly white head.
S-light toasted biscuity malt up front taken over by yeast and sweetness. lots of yeast, notes of lemon, touch of orange, hint of musky cellar, herbs and some floral soapy notes.
T-sweet lemon right up front, lots of wheat and yeast, hint of toasted biscuit, a good bit of floral sopay notes, hints of herbal hops, citrusy orange, and a touch of bitterness in the finish.
M-very grainy feel, quite chewy and thick, full bodied and syrupy with a good carbonation and a strong crisp finish.
D-this is pretty darn tasty with a good balance of sweet and toasted malt, I really enjoy this and love the thick chewy body.
