3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught at Clybourn. Saazy but without much body or malt and a strong bitter finish. Kind of like a Czech pils with North American pils malt (my guess at least). Highly drinkable and a nice grassy, spicy aroma. The malt is a little thin and bland though. Higher carbonation. Not bad for a basic euro-style pils without much distinction. Funny that they don’t serve it in their pils glass...

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at GI Wrigleyville. Pours lightly hazed golden with white head. Aromas of bready malts, some citrus, and grassy hops. Flavors of grassy hops, light citrus, and some grainy malt. Has nice hop bitterness, but left a funky aftertaste. Pretty solid pils.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Opaque straw colour with a small white head. Biscuit aroma. Honeyish malts with some yeast and a spicy noble hop finish with some lemon. Good stuff.
