3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
At GI Clybourn in the spring. Pours a cloudy straw color with a frothy white head. Bright and juicy, sweet strawberries, very berlinerweiss-like, a bit gritty grainy, nice light lactic notes. I really enjoyed this, very refreshing.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
On tap at Clybourn Goose Island. Pours an ugly pink/peach color with no head. Thank goodness I don’t drink beer for its looks. The aroma is juicy, tart, and bright. The palate is light with a refreshingly tart flavor. It’s very fruity without being oversweet. Hints of vinegar, pomegranite, and melons are noted.
