3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
draft at clybourn. pours hazy bright orange with white head. nose is loaded with peaches; fuzzy, musty, really rustic flavors of barnyard, and white oak notes. flavors start initially with a nice sour peach ball thing but then it becomes really musty, white oak, cobwebby, big white peach profile, some vino verde quality to it. the finish is a major let down as a big anti-septic quality comes out. Iím thinking it needs
longer to finish out...dag now all I smell and taste is medicine and white peaches. I once had this at a mid-high 3 but once I spotted that anti-septic note it was really hard to ignore. This is really like no other GI beer I have had.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tasted on 5/24/11 on draft at the Clybourn Brewpub. Pours cloudy orange with a thick white head that slowly recedes to an even layer of lace. The nose is tart and fruity with apricot, peach, and a hint of caramel malt. The flavor is similar to the nose with tart apricot and peach along with some grape and cereal malt. The body is light with average carbonation and a long, fruity finish.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft at Clybourn. Pours a very turbid yellow color, some light brown as well. white head. Nose is odd. peach and nectarine, citrus, and then plastic. The phenols are incredibly distracting in this one. It smelled nice until the plastic. On taste, bitter phenols, good level of lactic acid and some light acetic notes. Crisp acidity but goddamn that plastic phenolic quality. Bummer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Full draft on tap at the brewpub (Chicago, IL). Pours a deep hazy amber gold pour, darker with big frothy offwhite head sits atop, moderate sized, with an ok lacing. Aromas are gentle white peach, white grape, some subtle melon, some sour lemons. More melon grows, subtle sweetness. Touches of white grape. Gentle, with bread dough and pale malts. Initial is lighter bodied, moving into bread dough and touches of sour peach, white grapes, and lemons. Gentle carbonation, touches of gentle tea, mellow lemon and some decent chardonnay influence. White wine, gentle lemons, touches more melon moves in with subtle honeycomb, bigger orange tangerine citrusy element, bread dough, pale malts faint toastiness. A very white wine type beer up front, gentle to decent sourness. Big mellow fruit, melon and white grapes, pinot grigio, touches of lemons, gentle sour and some light yogurt. Nice, fairly complex with big fruity qualities. Really edges towards fuzzy peaches and white wine with a light to decent sourness, the finish gets a little medicinal, which detracts. But as a blending beer with a more sour base I could see this making a noble contribution.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the brewpub. Poured a cloudy amber orange with a white head that dissipated slowly to the edges and laced slightly. Aroma had a pretty strong white wine note as well as a light tart/tangy peach note. Flavor was similar with tangy peaches and dry white wine that leads to a
