Smells like a fresh oaf of bread. Deep gold in color. Breaddy in flavor as the nose gives off.

On tap at the brewpub in Chicago. Light amber, buttery, fruity toasty aroma and flavours. Palate is lighter, leaning more toward the fruit with light toasty accents.

Draught at clybourn. Wish I could have caught this on cask pretty clear darker amber-copper color with a white head. Nice earthy and Spicy aroma with lots of toasty bready malt and a hint of caramel. Faint butterscotch at it warms Dry and drinkable with a nice toasty, bread crust maltiness. Light hops add some earthiness and a touch of fruitiness adds some fullness to the profile. Light bodied with medium carbonation. Would probably be better with lower cask conditioning. A nice and toasty session beer.
