COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Summer Glacier is a Session Pale Ale made with pale malts and toasted oats. The brew is hopped with Phoenix hops in the kettle and whirlpool and then blended with Challenger hop oil to add another level of hop aroma

Draft. Poured a hazy golden color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate citrus hops and malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind asw a session beer.

On tap at the CBS annual picnic, with a healthy pour dispensed to my hard plastic shaker. Displayed a hazed, orange/gold, with decent, off white head foam, and light, wavey cling to the lacing. The nose was wet grain, and a kind of sour dough nature, light toastiness, citrus, and maybe some light resin. The flavor added moderate hop bitterness, and lively carbonation, in a little less than medium body. Well suited for the picnic atmosphere.

Draft at Beer Bistro Invasion. Pours a nice pale gold with a sticky white head. Nose is pretty innocuous with some light toasty malts, biscuits & faint orange peel notes. On tasting, there is a clean character with soft esters and more of the bready malts. The hopping is light and works quite well here. As it warms, I start to get a bit of a buttery note that detracts a little bit. A solid beer, just a bit of strange...

Draft on tap at Beer Bistro for their Invasion! (Chicago, IL). Pours a lively yet well hazed golden pour, darker with a cakey frothy whitish head atop, bigger, laces ok. Aromas are gentle, touches of bread yeast, dough, sweeter oats, lemon and grass. Simple. Initial is clean, lighter bodied with a bit of life, with some light bread yeast, touches of dry grass, florals, and a decent dose of lemons. Very sessionable, clean inoffensive, with a decent dry bitterness into the finish. Refreshing decent kick of lemon, touches of oranges, and dry florals. Finish is a touch of yeast, light bready malts, cereal grains, clean hops with lemons and grass, touches of dry florals. Really nice gentle summer sessioner with solid hops, crisp clean malts. Pretty great lighter summer session pale.

6oz tasting pour at beer bistro goose takeover... Pours a semi-golden apricot orange with a thin to medium soapy white head... Grainy with a light citrus hop feel... Light crisp grassy citrus hop feel with a light bready malt presence. Crisp smooth bodied and drinkable nonetheless.
