Draft at Clybourn. Poured a slightly hazy medium orange color with a white head. Very fruity aroma full of apricot, mango, and sliced banana. Light to medium bodied and slightly sweet. There was also some mild bitterness. tasted mostly of apricot, caramel, and grass with some graham cracker emerging after the finish.

Hazy amber color; creamy head. Simple aroma. Smooth mouthfeel, some malt and caramel flavor, correct bitterness. Smoother than an English bitter. Not bad.

On tap at Clybourne. Pours amber with a dissipating white head. Faint lemony citrus aroma. Medium to light bodied with a slightly thin texture. Initial flavor of caramel and maris otter malt that is countered by a spicy bitterness. Clean finish. Fairly tame session most likely geared toward the casual beer drinker.

pivo (2571) - GERMANY - APR 11, 2006
On tap at the brewery: Perfumy nose, amber color. Lemony malt at first, bitter end. Like lemon cleaning fluid in the aftertaste - unpleasant. Medium body. Not so good for this brewer.

Growler: Orangy with some fizzy white head. Smells of some hops and not much else. Taste is hops, some sweetness, and some lemon sourness. Needs more malt. Mouthfeel is light. Boring, but may make a good session beer.

iwantalambic (1478) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - AUG 14, 2005
Growler, 2005 version: golden summer haze Ė thin, off-white film. Zesty orange-hop sweetness in the aroma mixed with lemon flesh and a mild bitterness. Smooth, but well textured mouth feel and a great hop freshness. Biscuity malts play a great supporting role, but donít over power. Malted, bitter orange flavours throughout the finish. Very nice.
