bender (293), Reynoldsburg, Ohio, USA Aug 25, 2004 A pale golden body with a fluffy, white head. Not much lacing.
Nice malt aroma with a little hop coming through.
Crisp, malty flavors dominate. The slightly spicy hop flavor adds a nice balance.
Light and refreshing beer. Smooth and easy to drink.
DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 25, 2004 Thanks to Drnk McDermott for this one. Pours light lemon yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of malt, citrus, hops. Tastes malty, with citrus and hops at mid-palate, and a dry citrus finish. Medium to light on the palate. I noticed very slight candi sugar and fruit qualities at the finish. Kinz (2179), Glen Allen, Virginia, USA Aug 21, 2004 Pale yellow, little head. Ultra faint lemon aroma. Wheat bread flavor. Slight bitterness on the finish. I like a good kolsch, but there just wasn’t much to this. Rockinout (945), Kent, Ohio, USA Aug 20, 2004 Golden color, bubbly, has a mild fruity undertone to it (green apple, melon, but mild). Some hops at the finish, quenching. edden (927), cow- lumbus, Ohio, USA Aug 3, 2004 7/5/01: Bottle. Light lemon aroma with a touch of hops. Clear lemon yellow body with a large head, which quickly dissipates. Slight lace left. Small, lemon hop flavor. Clean, refreshing finish. Mangino (1027), Mississippi, USA Jul 18, 2004 A perfect beer for hot humid summers.
Pours a nice clear gold, and small to medium head. Aroma is clean and somewhat fruity. Flavor is a little hops, a little fruit, and a little malt. Very crisp clean taste and finish NobleSquirrel (1099), Chicago, Illinois, USA Jul 5, 2004 Again, a member of our 9 samples at the tour. Not my style, as I prefer the bastardized American ales >:-) Anyway, looks like a summertime beer, smells like a lager with some fruity highlights. Nothing too special, though very easy to drink and thirst-quenching. SkyinBrian (429), Collinsville, Illinois, USA Jul 5, 2004 not my favorite style. clear gold color light body. refreshing. taste probably a little obscured by all of the other brews i sampled that day.
