Commercial Description:
Kolsch, the clean and refreshing beer style of Cologne, Germany, quenches summertime thirst. This pale golden ale with a lightly fruity aroma is cold-conditioned or lagered after its primary fermentation. More simply, our Summertime uses only the finest malts and German hops to create the perfect beer for hot Summer days and warm Summer nights.

Bottled at Mallaskukko, Turku. Pale golden, thin disappearing white head. Mineral, slightly citric aroma with little soapiness and yeast. Flavor is minerals, clean malts, little citric fruits and kiwi, quite strong yeastiness, very mild hops and bubblegum in the finish. Not really crisp enough, a tad disturbing mineral notes in there too. Light bodied, strong foaming carbonation. Totally forgettable summerbrew.

Golden color with a foamy but quickly dissipating head. Grainy aroma with a hint of citrus. Body is slightly dry and the flavor has hints of wheat, hops and grains. A pretty crisp and refreshing summer brew.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a thin short lived head, over a slightly cloudy, pale yellow (SRM 5) body......nose of light malts, hay, grass, slight hops.....taste is light malt, light hop, dry throughout....mouth feel is light, bubbly. A pleasant light beer that meets its style reasonably well.

Light sweet bready/grainy nose. A touch of hops. Pours light golden with a soft white head. The flavor is lightly sweet with notes of bread, grain, honey, a dash of corn maybe, and a crisp finish.
