Commercial Description:
Kolsch, the clean and refreshing beer style of Cologne, Germany, quenches summertime thirst. This pale golden ale with a lightly fruity aroma is cold-conditioned or lagered after its primary fermentation. More simply, our Summertime uses only the finest malts and German hops to create the perfect beer for hot Summer days and warm Summer nights.

Hazy golden with soft effervescence and a fast, white head that retained only as a thin layer. Citrus aroma with clove, grasses and light yeast. Carbonation enhances a spicy hop bite, contributes to a dry finish and causes a slightly gaseous aftermath. Citrus flavor lingers. Picked this up on the way to a barbecue and it was a fine choice.

Pale gold with a thin white head. Aroma is light sweet grainy malt and grassy/straw hop. Earthy slightly sweet malt flavour, with a tangy grassy hop balance.

Gold colour. Sweet grainy aroma. Taste is slightly citric with a sweet malt background. Does what it says on the bottle.

Bottled from utobeer. Aroma is cornish with grainy malt and grassy candy sugar hints. Taste is more balanced, grainy cornish, grassy bitter but alround a balanced session beer.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with a thin creamy white head that lasted until mid-glass and left very light lace. After several minutes, the beer becomes a yellow gold and is nearly clear. Light, pleasant aroma of malt and lemon. The flavor is very similar with malt and lemon. Crisp and refreshing with barely any bitterness at the finish. A very solid Kolsch.

33 cl bottle, Fargo, ND, USA. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, foamy head. Bready and citrus aroma, sour lime first sip that spreads through the mouth, almost chalky texture. Very drinkable - someone should turn all the bud-light-lime drinkers on to this.
