This brew is a light sparkling golden straw. The white creamy/frothy head is averaged sized with fair lacing and is mostly lasting. The mild and fresh nose is light flowers, caramel, and earth. The well balanced flavor has a sweet wheatish malt taste with hints of citrus and pepper. The fishish is average and bready. The refreshing palate is light, creamy, and lively, and finishes very astringent. Dorwart (1832), Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA

Some light citrus and wheat. Pleasant aroma. Slightly cloudy bright gold. Light malty flavor with a little cereal and a touch of corn. Unoffensive but pretty boring. Clean palate with a slight bitterness and zippy aftertaste. Decent but nothing special. JK (2968), Richfield, Minnesota, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 3, 2008 Bottle. Pale golden color, thin white head, some lacing. Lemon and grass in the aroma, the flavor is citrusy and sweet with a great dry finish. The mouthfeel is maybe a tad thin, but not for a summer beer, and well-carbonated, refreshing. Overall, I’d say this beer tastes like summer, if that makes sense, and would be great on a hot summer day. By all means, a great session beer while watching a baseball game or grilling.
