4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Tap at Binkies in tulip. Hop is subtle almost too subtle. Great balance and finishes better than any ipa I have had this year. Its not hopslam, but it isn’t far behind. Goose small batch continues to impress. Will have another. Cheers!

Lots of great smells in this one. Fresh grass and slight hits of pine. Appearance of Amber. Would drink this again and again.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours clear amber with a nice off white lacing head. Aroma is malty caramel hoppy piny citric fruity. Flavor as aroma, great bitter piny resin bite with a longlived grapefruit piny finish.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours orange amber and mostly clear with a thick and foamy yellow-white head. Great-looking beer. Aroma is caramel malt, mango citrus and piney hop resin. Taste is a bit short but hits you upfront with caramel malt and citrus-booze and mellows into grass and sweet citrus before finishing with mildy bitter hops. An enjoyable and reasonably priced IPA.

4 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle pour. Pours a light copper with a lot of hops in the nose. Sweeter floral taste to start with a more complex, hoppy, bitter finish. Well hidden alcohol. Very drinkable. Very good.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle to glass. Pours a copperish light amber color with a light tan head. Pleasant aroma with citrus, fleshy fruits, and a touch of caramel sweetness. Flavor is a bit more astringent, with a moderate bitter and hints of ctirus and caramel. Medium body, somewhat oily, with a lingering bitterness in the finish. One of Goose Island’s better IPAs, but doesn’t get anywhere near the bourbon county series.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz. bottles poured to snifters, displaying a bright & clear, orangey gold color, with frothy, off white head foam, and spots & streaks of lacing. The aroma was a mellow presentation of some dank grain, sweet bread, with citrus & resin. The taste offered some sweetness, a combination of citrus, pit, and tropical fruit, dank, rindy, & citrusy bitterness, and noticeable, DIPA booziness. Medium bodied, with average fizz, and flavor propulsion to the carbonation. A decent DIPA.

Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Nice big hops forward flavor and aroma. This was a very tasty Double IPA. Very good Goose Island.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle in a tulip. Pours copper with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of floral and lightly citrusy hops, some pale and caramel malts, and some dough. Flavor the same with a lot of malts and a good amount of hops. Average to smooth texture. A decent beer, but not the best of its style.

This one is the gas. Tastes like rubbing alcohol with some hopps. Has a slight hint of citrus. Smells like alcohol. Had at home
