Pours a beautiful clear copper color. Slightly off-white head with sticky lacing. Thick hop aroma with pine, grass and almost a berry sweetness. Bitterness in the front of the flavor followed by the slightest hints of licorice and a dry finish. The Meridian hops really stand out with fruit and berry.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft. Poured clear light copper color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate to heavy complex citrus and earthy hop aroma. Medium to full body with slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy smooth bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This is a solid beer.

On tap, served in a snifter. Bright, citrusy aromas. Plenty of hop flavor but not a palate wrecker by any stretch, well balanced and easy to drink. The 9% ABV is hidden well.

Nice floral nose with a hint of toasty malt. Pours Amber with creamy head and average carbonation. Citrus notes when first sipped finishes dry with a slightly bitter note. I'm not a total hop head, but I can appreciate a good imperial IPA. This is one.

Very nice showing from a beer I didn’t know Goose produced! Quite assertive in the hop department, almost lip puckering. Overall, nice balance is reached. Happy to find and try! 12oz bottle pour.

On tap at Fraser's. The pour is a light copper, crystal clear works thin white head and some awesome lacing going on. The aroma is heavy citrus and pine with a strong malt undertone. The flavor is a bit lore malt oriented. There is a strong malt and piney resin presence. Very good and dry for a strong IPA. The mouth feel is a touch thin with a perfect amount of carbonation and a delightfully citrusy dominated aftertaste. Just a great IPA. This is an incredibly delicious beer!

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Clear tan/orange pour, thin carbonation and an aroma of nice sweet hoppy oranges. Flavor is syrupy meld of hops, grapefruit, bitter orange rinds and dry hoppy alcohol on the aftertaste. Not bad for the price.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Brunos. Pours clear orange / yellow with thin head and minimal lacing. Nose is citris and pine hops...taste is same plus some caramel; bitter middle and lingering aftertaste. Some booze but hidden by and large. Overall....good to very good IIPA.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy burnt orange, medium off-white head, exceptional retention and very nice lacing. Nose is resinous pine and tropical fruit (passion fruit and pineapple), melon, with some caramel lurking in the background. Mouth is medium dry, juicy tropical fruit (oranges, mango, passion fruit, grapefruit), white grape, mellow caramelly malt backbone, pleasant bitterness throughout, citrusy finish. Nicely balanced and I gotta say, I love the bottle art. Frank Lloyd Wright , were he alive and if he drank craft beer, would be proud of this tribute. Easily my favorite non-BCS brew from GIBC.
