On tap at Onion Creek. Nice golden body with slight head. Nose of fruits, citrus, hops, some bananas. Taste is floral, sweet, hoppy, of bananas again and citrus. Hoppy finish.

Cloudy gold color. Very small white head for a supposed Belgian beer. No fanfare., no bubbles and foam. A rarity for the the style, but then again, this is brewed in ’merica. The aroma is mostly bland belgin candy sugar with an American flair... means boring. Flavor is bland, bitter, burnt sugar sweet, and quick to finish bland. What is ’the’ ogden you ask? Who cares.

(on Tap) Pours a nice cloudy pale yellow with a slight white head. The aroma is very crisp with the smell of citrus. I don’t usually like things with too much hops that seem bitter or harsh. This was surprisingly smooth with a nice white grapefruit flavor that had a nice finish. Not harsh at all. Reminded me of Sam Adams Rebel IPA. Very refreshing. Would be great on a hot summer day to chill out and relax with. Not too heavy and hides the alcohol well.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving scant lacing. Heather, caramel and clove aromas. Sweet with hot caramel and bread upfront turning to bitter earth in the medium length finish.

bottle @ Chief Market / Lima OH --- Hazy dirty golden amber, 2" white head, strips and strings of lace. Aroma of malt and bread. Taste is sweet malt and toffee that adds spice, yeast and carbonation on the swallow, following that with noticeable hops in a long fizzy, bitter finish. An American take on an Abbey Tripel. Recommended.

On tap, poured into a snifter. The aroma is a mellow, tropical and grassy note with a dark spice to it. Some undertones include a light floral note, and some cookie dough comes in late. It pours a brilliant orange yellow and is topped by a dense, white foam retaining a wispy surface, moderate ring, and a moderate-light lace. The taste is a combination of medium high sweet with a medium level of bitter. The sweetness gets stronger and bitterness wanes as it warms. The beer is thick and oily with a soft fizz carbonation and a medium full body that’s tropical and spicy with additional notes of banana and cookie dough late. It finishes zippy with a spice kick followed by sweet citrus and light bread. The aftertaste is a clean, fresh spice.
