At tap at the brewpub. Pours golden and clear. Spicy and floral aroma. Easy drinking citrus and light pine flavor. Not my style but a pretty tasty beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sampled from the tap at the Clyborn location. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a light floral note with a bit of sweet grains and a hint of light spice. Flavor has grass throughout with a bit of sweet grain up front that is joined by flora and light spice.

Flight pour on tap at the Clybourn Brewpub (Chicago, IL). Pours a stark golden pour, sunny glow with touches of orange, kiss of haze, frothy brighter white head dies to a layer, laces small but definitely sticks around. Aromas are phenolic, esterym firm banana and pear, apple, sweet dough. Bread, straw, touches of gentl citrus. A bit spicy and yeasty with mellow orange, touches of yeast, sweeter overall. Initial is a touch tart, apples and pear, gentle citrusy lemon and orange grow. Touches of sweetness, dough, bread into the middle. Gentle spice, dry straw and grass into backend. Gentle citrus, dry bread and grass, spice, almost a touch of heat. White pepper, yeast as it dries out a bit more into the backend and finish. Not as sweet as the nose let on. Ok, a bit spicy and yeasty overall. Touches of gentle bubblegum up front, grass and soap into the back. Solid, if forgettable for me.

Draft at Clybourn. Pours a mostly clear orangey gold with a persistent and sticky white head. The nose shows some light funk, banana and fruity citrus, tangerine. There is a noted herbal and fruity hop profile. Quite fruity. On tasting, it is intensely bitter, lots of fruity hop flavor along with some yeast derived citrus and white pepper. Pretty interesting overall with the hops but just not quite there.

Draft at clybourn, pours clear gold with small white head. Aroma has huge floral notes, hibiscus, with a pleasant white pepper. Flavors are real lemony, pepper and grainy side, dry as a bone, floral finish with long lemony bite. I like how dry it is but its pretty one dimensional. At least it doesnt make the usual mistake of being overly sweet.

Draft at the Clybourn location. Poured a clear, gold color with a short white head that settled into a thin film and then a ring. Pretty light aroma that seemed dusty with a hint of lemony citrus; I really didn’t get any spice. The flavor was again lighter citrus notes but also a light spice in the finish. Okay.
