Cask at GI Clybourn. Pours a coppery bronze with soap bubble head. Nose is moderately hoppy, distant estery notes. On taste, this comes across closer to an ESB than a saison, though there is are some exotic notes that you wouldn’t find in an ESB. Slight banana and spice come across to meet with the fresh hop notes. Light on the hops over all, but this one is very drinkable. Nice stuff.
