Draft at rattle n hum with Linh. Pours a deep hazy orange body with light white head/lacing. Aroma is spice, fennel, citrus, and wheat. Mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing with a strong spice variety.

A bit cloudy with lemon hue. nice pine hops and lemon zest. wheat flavor that is vegetable like not overbearing and somewhat sweet. differently as it is
hopped and demonstrative. two staged finish with the citrus and then lightly drawn out wheat character. some recessed spice in the backround.

On tap at Rattle N Hum. Pour is cloudy gold with a large white head. Aroma is of dough, oranges, lemons, spices. One of the best smelling Witbiers I’ve had. Flavor is much like the aroma but with more of the spices such as coriander and pine shinning through.

Pour is a light amber color with a small white head. Nose is of citrus and wheat. Taste is very much like a very sweet and rich blue moon.

Aroma of orange citrus. Pours cloudy amber, one finger head with lacing. Full citrus and wheat flavor, similar to Hoegaarden without the coriander. Very easy drinking, finishes clean with mild bittering. Excellent white.

Tap at a Goose Island beer dinner here in Columbia. Poured a hazy yellow color with a soapy white head. Aroma was lots of spices, some orange and wheat. Flavor was much of the same. Grassy, spices, flavor. Peppery in the aftertaste. Longer finish, kind of lingers for a while. Good beer

ABR 2010. There is a lot going on with this beer. Tons of citrus, for a wit or for any other style. Light wheat, but lots of cloves and coriander. High abv for a wit.

On draught @ Old Chicago Goose Island beer tasting. Pours a cloudy gold with a thin white head. Aromas of rosemary, coriander, orange and pepper. Flavors of orange and spices, especially rosemary. Good, but a little too spiced for my taste.

Tap at Muddy Pig. Pours a pale yellow, slightly hazy. Minimal head. Flavor is sweet, slightly fruity, and floral. Holy spices and aromatics batman. As my girlfriend said "like drinking potpourri". Not so great.
