Pours a pale golden with a thick white head. I’m getting a little bit of grass in this, but not a huge amount of smell. This is very easy on the palate and goes down rather nice on a hot summer day.

Draft: crisp, clean, slightly hoppy Kölsch. A great session beer. Food Pairing: Garlic Fries.

On draught at DC brewpub. Pkurs astraw color with a lasting medium-bubble white head. Musty, slightly yeasty, slightly hoppy aroma. Light body. Noticable carbonation. Moderate mouthfeel with slight hop bitterness. Slightly hoppy, crisp flavor balance. Clean u.derlying malt. Nice refreshing summer beer.

Poured from the bottle, aroma is grainy, bleh I know kolsch beer is light and refreshing in summer, but so plain! Flavor is also grainy. Whatever.

UPDATED: APR 15, 2013 Tasted on tap in sampler glass. Appears a clear golden color with weak white head, no lace. Little aroma, but there are hints of grain, baking bread, refined hops, and some fruity yeast esters. A very crisp, clean and refreshing ale. Easier to drink than macro adjunct lagers.

Great aroma. Flavor is not as robust as I would expect with a Kolsch. Mostly sweet, malty taste. Well-carbonated.

Poured a clear orange color with a small white hegad. Nose is bland Light to medium body with heavy carbonation. Flavor is grassy hops. No finish

brew in GB in DC. Pretty decent summer beer, nice refreshing taste, pleasant palate.

Draft at Rockville location. Clear pale yellow pour with a fluffy white head. Grassy bitter beer with some off cream and butter flavors. Not much flavor. Overall not great.
