CaptainCougar (7093) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - SEP 2, 2011
On tap at the DC location: Pours a clear pale golden with a spotty-lacing froth of white head. Has a lightly sweet pale malty nose with a touch of light fruity esters and noble hops. Starts with average fullness and a soft malty sweetness with some clean bitterness and a hint of light fruitiness before a smooth crisp finish. Pretty true to style and drinkable.

Grassy with a bit of hops. Lots of water makes this beer especially easy to drink. Light on everything from the flavor to the alcohol.

Nickls (1659) - SE DC, Washington DC, USA - SEP 1, 2011
Tap. Clear light lemon-yellow with a minimal white head. Not much going on in the aroma, other than a light grassy hop note and some grain and husk. Taste is pretty clean, but rather bland, with some cereal, minerals, and that’s about it. Light body with fizzy carbonation. Nothing off, just very, very boring.

NobleSquirrel (3313) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 31, 2011
Draft at Plainfield MWBF. Pours a mostly clear pale gold with a nice white head. The nose is lightly sweet with a noble hop kick. Herbal and grainy at the same time. On taste, it is quite refreshing. Clean fermentation and light body with more pils character. Light hop finish. I could drink a ton of this.

BucannonXC5 (567) - San Diego, California, USA - AUG 22, 2011
UPDATED: OCT 21, 2011 Poured from a tap into a pilsner? glass. Color was dark gold. Had an inch and a half of foam that remained there for awhile. Smell was a slight hint of honey but not a strong odor elsewhere. Very carbonated. Lots of flavors, but honey stood out. Golden honey would be a better way to describe it. Good summmer beer and was refreshing.

dyetube (1107) - McKinney, Texas, USA - AUG 18, 2011
On tap at Gordon Biersch. Pours a cloudy dull yellow with a medium white head that leaves some good lacing down the sides. The aromas are lemon, slight funk. The mouthfeel is watery and bland with a light body. Cheers!

BiddleBrau (766) - Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 14, 2011
Atlanta location - light golden, thinning head. Hint of corn in aroma. Lemony zest flavor, spicy and dry with corn again. Thin palate, hop flavor is a bit cloying.
