2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
On tap at the Pianeta Birra, Rimini, Italy.
Pale golden coloured, small white head, sweet alcoholic nose. There’s almost nothing in this beer except sweet malt and too pronounced alcohol taste.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Fancy 75 cL. bottle. Golden coloured. Aroma of green apples and alcohol. Sweet alcohol flavour. Medium bodied. This beer should never have been put on fancy big bottles. It should stay in the cans for the Belgian drunkards to enjoy. It tastes very close to Carlsberg Master Brew.

500ml Can in Switzerland 12 Dec 06. .Malty aroma. .. Golden, clear. .. Malty with yeasty notes / spiciness. .. Medium heavy body. Light carbonation. Smooth. .. Hmmm, Belgian beer in a can - or so they say. Not too bad.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Golden color, indiifferent aroma. Peacht, alcoholic, sugary flavor. pretty well balanced, in spite of the warming alcohol, but tastewise and aromawise, this beer is rather dull.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Golden color. The aroma is too weak. The flavor is also not special, but drinkable; medium thick body, not oily, strong bitterness, the alcohol warms a lot in the end.
They didn’t need to put such a simple drinkable Strong Lager in a fancy 75cl bottle like that.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
500 mL can shared with Lubiere. Thanks Luc. Appearance: med. golden with an open, bubbly head that vanishes almost instantly. Aroma: ALCOHOL!! apple, pear, acetone, fusel oils. Uh-oh.... Palate: thick, med.-low carbonation. Flav.: sweet, cloying, VERY alcoholic and leaves a alcohol burn. Some of the aroma notes carry through, mixed with cheap vodka. Something to enjoy from a brown bag on a street corner. Drain pour.

1.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20
Canned. At the aroma was strong pear and apple but this disappeared. Just to come back when the beer was warming up. Yellow color, small off-white dimnisching head, no lace. Apple juice with loads of alcohol. That’s the only way to discribe it. Not ever really bad flavors but not like a beer at all. Very sweet and bitter from the alcohol. Sticky and burning in my throat. Who really drinks this stuff?

0.5 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
UPDATED: JUN 20, 2008 Clear yellow-golden body with a thin white head. Looks boring. If only the taste was simply boring too… Aroma and taste of rubbing alcohol and corn. Gross. Some fruity notes (I still can’t get over the fact that this is made in Belgium. Like learning that Policy Academy 6 was directed by Steven Spielberg under an alias. I’ve had beers that were badly brewed, infected bottles and failed attempts at creating something different. But for “normal” beer with nothing “wrong” with it, this is the worst I’ve had. 500ml can.
