Strong pale lager.
No doubt : men prefer blonds, but Gordon Finest Silver will enchant everybody, men and women, young and old, real connoisseurs or occasional consumers. Gordon Finest Silver is a strong beer (7.7 % alc.vol), yet light in taste, smooth and pleasant. Its refined flavour is the result of a subtle hop-blend. Gordon Finest Silver with its gold blond colour is available in 50 cl cans, as well as in 33 cl long-neck bottles.

Details: 50cl can.
Tasting notes: Pours a clear yellow color with almost no head. The aroma is quite malty with a slight spicyness, some alcoholic touches. Flavor is malty, sweet and ends fairly dry sweet with a slight bitter spicy finish.
Conclusion: A decent strong lager, the price however is a bit on the high side for the given quality.

Een verfrissend biertje met een goede smaak aan. Ziet er ook heel goed uit als je het uitschenkt.

Another Gordon’s "Finest" from a silver coloured can. Snow white head, pale blonde colour, clear. Sweetish aroma, corn, thin and metallic mouthfeel, neutral taste ending in astringent alcohol. Take the awfully sugary Finest Gold and make it more neutral in taste, then this is what you end up with. A disgrace to Belgian beer culture.

Schlecht, was sons!

Can 50cl @Auchan, a clear yellow beer with low head. Nose is sweet and alcoholic like. Aroma is on sweet caramel with corn sugar, near to poor heller bock, still drinkable but nothing more;

Can. Golden, small to average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate, malty - lightly wheaty and sweet aroma, caramel and some fruitiness, light alcohol. Body is medium to full, malty - lightly wheaty and sweet flavor, some caramel and light fruitiness, light alcohol. Finish is average, malty - faintly wheaty and sweetish, some caramel and some alcohol. Sweet strong lager with caramel - really nothing special.
