Tap at Sapporo Craft Beer Forest. Dark brown. Nose is caramel, fudge, raisins. Very sweet flavor, cloying. Lots of caramel and raisin. Too much for me.

Clear amber color, small white head. Alcohol, biscuit and caramel malt aroma. Begins sweet-ish with caramely notes, than turns to more alcohol with roasty finish. Medium body soft carbonation. Okay.

Bottle of 33cl, in a Thistle glass; from the fridge. Well... The beer is nor good nor bad : with her deep brown colour and her creamy head, the taste is just sweet and alcohol, with a sticky aftertaste... Nope, but yes.

Donker robijnrood bier met een beige schuimkraag. Geur: gedroogde vijgen, rozijntjes. Smaak: zoet, rozijnen, wat alcoholisch. Matige koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: zoet.

Birra veramente spettacolare.

Like the Gordon scotch its a nice brown ale toasty, caramel, sweet sticky brew. Similar but for whatever reason I like it a bit more.

Bottle from Cornelius (with good discount after xmas). Pours dark reddish brown. Nose is prunes, dried fruits, brown sugar, caramel. Taste is spicy, wood, booze, sweet dark fruits, raisins, plums. Had lots of Belgian xmas beers at holidays and this would have been one of the weakest ones. Unbalanced and boozy.
