Tap at brewery. Light golden yellow orange appearance. Honey and sweet malts in the aroma. Quite sweet flavor with the honey flavor hitting first and continuing strongly towards the finish. Too sweet for my taste.

on tap-pours a thin white head with a yellow/gold color. Aroma sweet-honey, grain. Taste is plenty of sweet-honey, grain secondary hops. Squeaky clean dry mouth feel. Nice. OK carbonation.

Draught. Pours golden honey with a tiny patchy white head and lined lacing. Aroma is honey, malt (toasted grain, meal) and sour yeast. Medium bitterness and acidity, malty and honey, nutty flavor, slight hop finish. Medium bodied, clean and smooth, refreshing palate.

This ale has a distinct aroma and flavor of honey but is somewhat acidic and odd, I really could not past it. The gimicky name and label somehow made me uncomfortable with the contents, could not finish it.

As part of a beer sampler on Valentines Day. For a light ale, this beer was ’interesting.’ Honey flavor is noticable, giving the beer a unique sweet flavor, but not too sweet thanks to a decent hop balance. Probably the bewery’s best choice for a hot summer day.

Draft at brewery: Cloudy golden; very little head. Light body, moderate carbonation. Malts have a hint of sweet, powdery cocoa. Decent aromas of flowers and honey, as well as a pinch of perfume. Light honeysuckle aromas were nice.

Draught. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (cookie), lightly hoppy (flowers, perfume), with a light note of peach. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
