As part of a beer sampler on Valentines Day, this was probably the brewery’s weakest showing. Served with a lemon (which we promptly removed!), nicely carbonated, poured cloudy (as a wheat should), but missing the usual hallmarks of a good wheat. Too watered down. Not bad if you are thirsty perhaps?

Tap at brewery. Light yellow/yellow/orange appearance that’s quite hazy with a small head. Somewhat weak aroma with hints of honey and lemon. Flavor is a sweet wheat flavor, a bit sour possibly from lemon peel, and a little watery.

Draft brewery-A cloudy golden with no head. Taste of banana and cloves. Looked like a hefe but tasted like a mix between hefe and American wheat.

Very citrusy wheat that reminds me of Blue Moon, but much cleaner and fresher. Aroma of wheat and lemons. A bit thin. Decent but ultimately forgettable.
