500 ml bottle. 4.8%. From bierzwerg.de.
Murky mid brown colour with big fluffy off-white head. Aroma is very weak with malt, bread and carrots. Flavour is strange toffee, bready malt, mild tartness and tad of bitterness. Aftertaste is salty with vegetables and mild tartness.

EithCubes (3340) - GERMANY - APR 15, 2012
Bottle by 05/2012. Not a gusher, but this one had considerably more life on opening than its brother. Nose of citrus and pale/Pils malt and herbal (reminds of lemongrass) and coriander. Dark gradient amber with a sudsy eggshell head. Airy medium body with spongy wheat and yeast, there’s a vein of light tang running through the entirety but nothing comes close to puckering. Light bitterness underneath and amber/wheat ale overtones. Blase. [2.9] The saltiness reveals itself with volume, and is worth another tenth. Sort of dries the thing out.

500ml bottle. Cloudy copper colour with small frothy white head. Sourish, spicy slightly biting aroma on dry strawy caramel malt basis. Very fizzy, strawy Weizen-like taste, yeasty, sourish and salty in the second half. A distinct brew.

Copper colour, hazy, no head. Vegetable smell, tasted carrots and cucumber, fairly sour. Not smooth but not fizzy either. Interesting beer but not really to my taste
