Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is yellow. Aroma and taste are malt, hops, fruits and quite acidic. Slightly stale taste.

Süß fruchtig ähnlich Citrus, salzig etwas ungewöhnlich. Fazit: Etwas besonderes, und das sollte es auch bleiben den ein Bier das für den Alltag in frage kommt ist es für mich nicht aber schlecht ist es auch nicht! Test vom 1.3.2009, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,10,9,9,9,9 - 8,95

Pours hazy yellow color with a light head. Aroma of tangy lemon and light salt. Flavor of grape fruits, salt and coriander. Salty dry palate with light spicy finish.

Hazy yellow golden colour with small white head. Aroma is a bit Berliner Weisse like. Tart citrus, fruitiness, mild sourness and malt in aroma. Flavour is a bit sour and tart. Citrus, malt and mild saltiness. Very drinkable, not too sweet. Mild sourness in aftertaste. The label is missing so I don’t know how fresh is this. Anyhow I could drink another one.

Bottle by 07/12. It is listing salt and coriander as ingredients on the label along with the wheat malt, so this does look to be an attempt at a traditional Gose. Very faintly soured nose but it’s super faint; the better reference is to a weak pale lager from the Caribbean. Bright banana-yellow body, cloudy with a sudsy bright white head. Smooth taste, light malt with perhaps a touch of corn, and there’s a nice grainy/herbal accent on the side; that heathery herbal tone warps into something almost medicinal for the aftertaste. Faint acidity in the form of a gentle, milky lactic underbelly. Low sweetness and bitterness, medium body. Faint strokes of citrus and wheat, and the salt is definitely there, but more as a lingering ghost of a soft pretzel in the aftertaste (but that’s not to say that it’s mild, b/c it’s not). This is delicate and deserves to be taken slowly, and a classic example of why thimble-tickers are missing out - how many nuanced beauties like this have been waved off after the boring first ounce?

Fra kran på bryggeripuben 10 Mar 12. Grapefruktfarget. Veldig grumsete. Høyt skum som daler raskt. God fruktig aroma. Smaken er forsiktig krydder. God - men kanskje litt i søteste laget.

@Home 06/2011. Pale orange cloudy hazy, with medium rocky head. Aromas are malts some hay and lime. Palate is watery slick, carbonation crispy. Taste malty with hints of hops. Aftertaste little tart refreshing with some fruits most helles type of flavors. No lactic or saltiness. Texture is quite ok, otherwise watery, malts and mild hops. Dunkel version has more of that sour flavours. This one pretty average.

Looks nice. Golden with nice fluffy head. Aroma hops. Taste is bitter hops, grass and some sourness, little metallic. A bit watery. Light body and text. Expected something different but it is much like a lager. I recommend a draft at the brauhaus. Great experience and a lovely city.

Half litre bottle, poured a medium head, pale colour, hazy. Herbal spicy smell. Tasted of sour citrus fruits with notes of coriander and salt. Ok mouthfull. A beer that would appeal to fans of Belgian sours.

Pours hazy yellow. Aromas of wheat and spices with a small rank mustiness. Creamy taste of wheat but with a weird saltiness. A bit watery.
