Bottle 50cl.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light to moderate hoppy, grass, citrus. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090821]

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and a bit of sulphur, leading to a bitter finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Light grassy and vague malty aroma. Flavour is mild grassy, dry malty and with a crisp bitter finish. Dry lasting impression.

Bottle, 4.9%. Dusty aroma, mildly malty. Clear yellow colour. Small white head. Good, clean malty flavour, a little subtle, but nice. Low bitterness. A good, standard Helles.

Bottle, shared by fonefan. It’s a clear, slightly pale golden beer topped by a small white head. Grainy nose with a nice hoppyness releasing resin and pepper. Quite sweet and grainy flavor balanced by a nice bitterness. Bitter finish. Medium body. Sure, it’s a quaffable and clean beer, but maybe a bit on the sweet side, and a bit too boring. 090821

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Aroma had malt, caramel and grainy notes. Flavour like wise. Finished bitter.

It’s a light golden beer with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, light fruit and straw. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, straw and some dry citrus and a light bitterness.

Bottle (purchased at the brewery, Jonas, danke trotzdem !): Straw golden, clear, mid-sized white head, sticking to the glass, sweet-grainy nose with some citrus-fruity influences; sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied, but not empty at all; mild, but distinctive citrus-fruitiness in the pale-malty finish. A good, refreshing Helles..........

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a massive, lacing foamy white head. Discreet aroma: light-sweet strawy malty nose with a balanced dose of herbal hops. Light-sweet flavour, light bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Soft malty, light strway taste with light herbal accents; moderately dry, shy sweet-bitter finish with a whiff of herbal hops. Quite neutral brew, but also pretty balanced.
