Cold 12oz bottle: Pours a clear straw color with alabaster bubbles around the edges and some lacing. Aroma and taste are of sweet malts and grass with hints of flowers and lemon. Watery texture and well carbonated. Has a nice, slightly bread-like aftertaste.

Bottle: Pours a clear light yellow with a thin white head, hay and biscuits in the aroma, starts, ends and feels watery. The bottle says "Austria’s finest beer". They are either lying or I don’t want to go there.

500 mL can. Gold in colour, grainy/malty in smell with two fingers of head, which slowly disappeared. Very active. Ingredients say it has vitamin C (ascorbic acid) added. That’s odd. Taste of malt and lime. Not bad. I’ll have to try a couple of these next summer.

brite golden color, thin head, very regular like a lager with a little bit of hops, cost me euro 2.35 at an gasstation.

500ml can, bright yellow color, with a frothy white head, mild sweet pale malt nose, subtle flowery hops in the aroma folows through on a medium-bodied palate with a bubblegum yeastiness character, faint flowery hops, sweet pale malt, leading towards a dry bitter finish.

Pale lager with a thin white head. A grassy malt mash tun aroma with mineral notes. In mouth, a rather oily mouthfeel, with chalky malt and notes of corn adjunct. Medium bodied. The Real Beer Expo - Rochester, NY, Oct. 21, 2006.

Can. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malt, yellow apple. Flavour is sweet, apple, malt, fruit.

I had this on tap at an Austrian Burgenlander Fest with my girlfriend. (It’s nice having an Austrian girlfriend) The initial pour had a whipped cream like head, then it thins down. Had a decent sweet malt aroma (as far as export mass-produced lagers go), along with a light but firm malt character and a very light bitter finish. Clean and drinkable. Maybe I was bias and generous when rating this beer because the pitchers kept on coming!
