The bottom fermented, dark Gösser Stiftsbräu is brewed according to old, inherited traditions. With a smoky, roasted nose and a thick and creamy taste on the palate, Stiftsbräu is a sophisticated delight for lovers of a slightly sweet, dark beer. Draft @ Gösser Bierklinik, Vienna. Pours a dark brown amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel and chocolate flavor. Has a slightly roasted malty caramel finish.

Avevo bisogno di digerire, e questa dunkel ha fatto discretamente la sua funzione... Comunque molto bevibile, nonostante sia molto malto burrosa, sia al naso che in bocca.
