COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

On the plane from Vienna to Copenhagen 12/3 2015. 33 cl can served on the airplane. Pours clear yellow with substantial white head. Gradually subsiding. Grainy salty aroma. A little sourness as well. Medium carbonation. Taste is not particulary strong. A little malty sweetness and some saltiness and a nice bitterness in the aftertaste. Not a bad beer for an airplanebeer.

Bottle, 0.33l. Pours clear deep golden color with medium frothy white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of grainy malt, grassy hops, yeast and some honey.Taste starts with mild sweet maltiness, hints of caramel, although more grainy and dry. Mouthfeel is crisp, finish is mild bitter. Light to medium body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Can’t compare with German märzens...

Can. Pours gold with a thin white head. Grainy base, straw, some light sweetness, and very low bitterness. Hardly a Marzen.

Malty-smooth beginning. Fresh, not too deep. The beer gets dryer, fresh. Smooth. Hints of grain, not too much malt, not much bitterness. Easy to drink.
