Bottle, 0.33l. Pours clear deep golden color with medium frothy white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of grainy malt, grassy hops, yeast and some honey.Taste starts with mild sweet maltiness, hints of caramel, although more grainy and dry. Mouthfeel is crisp, finish is mild bitter. Light to medium body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Can’t compare with German märzens...

Malty-smooth beginning. Fresh, not too deep. The beer gets dryer, fresh. Smooth. Hints of grain, not too much malt, not much bitterness. Easy to drink.

Can from Eurospar. Light amber, bit of head. Smells musty and fetid. Thin and oddly carroty. Not even very drinkable.

0.5L can. Metallic, mouldy, specific hop aroma. This is not a märzen. Sweetish and watery, metallic taste. Nothing to say. Cheap euro crap.

Bottle from a Billa in Vienna. Pours gold with a slight white head. Aroma is light noble hop. Near med body. Flavor is pale malt with enough noble hop to render it bitter. Drinable in a pinch.
