COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Argonian (247) - Athens, GREECE - JUL 5, 2013
Can. Pours a golden body, with a large white frothy head that diminishes quickly, and leaves no lace whatsoever. Nice malty aroma, some hops are present, got a little metallic aroma and some skunk, but it wasn’t so tense. Taste is medium bitter, a little bit harsh, some metal also. Thin bodied, watery texture, medium carbonation. A little bit expensive for what it is.

Sueffig, leicht suesslich mit einer leichten Malznote. Nicht spektakulaer, dafuer einfach zu trinken und recht lecker fuer ein goesser. Keine Rakete, aber ein guter Partner zu Hausmannskost.

McTapps (2955) - Ruhrgebiet, GERMANY - JUN 12, 2013
Clear deep golden colour with low head and medium to crisp body. Nose of mild hops. Taste of old dusty hops, light malt, light barley, leaves, hay, basement and citrus. Maybe it is refreshing but it’s just too awful to really enjoy.

Lagerboy (1066) - British Columbia, CANADA - APR 27, 2013
500 ml can. Clear bright yellow, big foamy white head settles into a lasting creamy cap leaving some nice lacing. Confused aroma of skunk, vegetables, corn, grain and hay. Typical Euro lager taste, lightly sour and grassy, bready malts. Average carbonation, light bodied, low hopped. Sweet grassy bitter finish. LF (Lagerboy Friendly)

Heavily fizzy golden body with stable white bubbly head. In Light sweetness, grainy, caster sugar. Hopeless and characterless. Light bitter taste but an unfortunate sticky ending. Standard German style brew. Thanks to Sjoerd for bringing this from Austria. (50cl can)

Draught at Gosser Bierlinik, Vienna, Austria. Poured a clear light golden amber colour with a two-finger white foamy head that retained well and laced well. No carbonation. Aroma very slightly of malt. Taste slightly sweet malt followed by a peppery and slightly hops bitterness. Light body. Smooth finish.
