COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

33 cl bottle. Malty and hoppy. Surprisingly well bodied beer. On of the favourite märzens from Austria. It is smooth, creamy and refreshing as well as pleasantly carbonated.

Can and bottle in Vienna. Old rating. Drinkable, but not really special. Much better from a bottle. Slightly richer and maltier than your usual lager here, with a strong malt taste. Not bad, but not as complex as some of the other I have had lately, particularly on tap. Refreshing, though, and tasty enough.

Från brorsan via Österike, tack. Guldfärgad lager som smakar som man förväntar sig. Helt ok

Draught @ Sternbräu, Salzburg. Pours a clear golden colour with a white foamy head. Aroma of grains, sweet caramel and grass. Flavour of crisp grassy bitterness, mild bready notes, grains and mild herbal notes. Light bodied. Crisp and refreshing, but mild. Lacks body.

Poured from a can into a plastic cup on an Austrian Airlines flight. The beer had a clear light gold color with an average-sized foamy white head, average retention, and great lacing and cling. The aroma featured barley, grainy hops, and some lighter floral and malt tones. It had a grainy bitter taste with a touch of straw and earthy tones, and a mild sourness too. The beer was fairly dry with a thinner, lighter feel and lower carbonation.

White fine top, clear bright golden body. Aroma of pale malts, dust, not much, but a little flower. Tastes soft hops, sweet grains, bread, pale malts, flower - leading to a slightly dry finish with pale malts and appleish hops. Normal on palate. Easy, clean. [50cl can, 5.2%abv, BB01/2016]

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Aroma very neutral. Tastes a little bit vapid and becomes more and more sourish. An average beer.

bottle. Clear golden yellow, creamy head. Malty nose. Malty flavour with a shy bitterness, shy hints of cardboard and a tiny fruity touch.
