0,5 l bottle from a Billa from a little village near the Hungarian border, Austria.
Poured hazy pale yellow with a small ligth white head. Lemony aroma with some candy and herbs, honey, smells like a meadow. The lemony candy dominates the flavor, sweet tastes with some lemon peel and light herbs in the background.

Backlog from 17.06.2011. Can. Nose of fizzy soft yellow beer and lie. Pale yellow pour with a large and loud sudsy white head, lemonade coming through more, and powdered candy. Taste reminds more than a little of vomit (so I’m looking at ginger ale constituents), bit sweet. Thin, smooth, refreshing-ish, floral notes, some nice things here, with a touch of herbal bitterness to finish, bu the strong connection to childhood sickness is to me inescapable.

Great sweet herb lemonade with a little bit of alcohol.Don’t expect to find beer in this and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Canned. Hazy pale color with huge foam. Spicy lemon aroma. Strong lemon in taste, after some herbs too. Typical radler, didnt feel hops.

Cloudy pale yellow coloured, small airy white head that went away fast, sweetish lemony nose. Quite dry grassy lemony taste with notes of herbs and nettles. Not so pleasant and totally non refreshing beverage.

A Gösser Kräuter a Zitronéhez nagyon hasonlító ködös sötétsárga folyadék, melynek habja üdítőitalhoz méltóan nagyon hamar elmúlik. Kellemes, nem túl cukros limonádé-íze van, egy kis üde bodzával, ami aztán keseredik a vége felé, ahogy a komló is megmutatkozik. A legvégén egy egészen halovány kis szúrós csípősség érhető tetten – jót tesz neki.

0.5l bottle that I brought from Graz. Hazy body, big white head that went away slowly. Sweet lemony, grainy, bitter herbal nose. Slightly sticky taste, random grassy herbs, sweet honey-like notes. The dry herbs & the stickiness make this less than refreshing. Carroty and earthy too.

Quite ok for a radler but again no beer character. Intensive notes of lemon, sugar, herbs. If you like lemonade, this one would be fine for you.

Can from Billa, Hainburg. Light golden color with almost no white head. Aroma, light in herb, lemon. Taste pretty the same. No hops or malt. Lemonade, not beer.
