Draught at 1020. Said to be made for the first time in 7 years. Black and shiny, with a low, fine, tan head. Nice smoky nose—bacon! Much lighter smoke in the flavor, not much chocolate or caramel for such a black beer, though these came out a bit when it warmed. Big smoke flavor, though. Very clean, nicely smoky. A very good rauch. Well done.
