(on tap at the brewery). Pours a black color. Medium size tan head. Light malt aroma. Malty nut flavor, with a light sour finish. Avg duration. Thin texture. Fair lacing. Soft carbonation.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours black with an ecru-colored head. This has a very nice roasted aroma with a subtle coffee scent tossed in there as well. The flavor is fairly mild and has a smooth coffee roast and milky chocolate taste in a lighter bodies dry stout. Slightly tart finish. Nice.
