I fear that my clumsiness led to the blood of the title, my apologies again to Todd. Smooth roasted malt flavor, scent that is vaguely hoppy.

on tap at the 2008 Crescent Moon Summer Beer Fest. This beer was brewed especially for the festival and I assisted the brewer in making this beer! Pours clear gold with a medium white head. Has a slight green apple aroma at the end. Has a clean and good malt body but does not seem to be a Vienna at all. There’s a slight estery character to the beer as well. My first foray into commercial brewing. Perhaps my last.
