Described by fans at the tent as a "jacked up version of the Princess," the aroma of this beer is like inhaling an fair trade dark-chocolate-with-nibs candy bar. A thick, thick palate leads to many flavors, including chocolate and dried berries. Delicious.

On tap at the 2008 Crescent Moon Extreme Beerfest. This is an amazing work of art. The Princess goes to eleven and takes us with her. Pours black, just like the Princess Paris herself, has a light brown head. I get so much roastedness from the aroma it actually smells like smoke. This is as thick as molasses. The drying finish is incredibly smoked just like a roasted sacrificial animal at the Dark Princess’ high temple altar. The finish has a big tingle to your tongue. Outstanding. I hope this returns next year!
