On tap at the 2007 Nebraska Craft Brewer’s festival in Omaha. Pours a very pale light gold with a white frothy head that retains great lacing. Has a slight citrus lemony aroma. The flavor is an impressively serious load of rye. has a nice toasted flavor to the palate. Great nutty flavors at the finish. Smooth for a rye beer. Pretty good entry fro a brewer worth checking out.
