Bottle 50cl. @ TFODRBSG 2008, Ulfborg, Denmark
Unclear hazy light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, citrus notes, moderate yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (230808)

bottled. very standard hefeweizen - pale and yellowish; simple aroma of banana and vanilla; frothy texture with light wheaty sourness and a slightly citric finish. ho hum

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Schöne Blume, viele CO2 Bläschen und eine herrlich orangene Farbe. Der Antrunk ist klasse. Viel Kohlensäure, und es schmeckt spritzig orangig frisch, mit einem leicht zitronigen Beigeschmack.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass fine turbid, nice head. Starts not too strong, fine yeasty, modest fruity like lemon, a bit sourish. Finish more and more dry, not too drinkable. Modest wheaty. Not my favourite weizen.

Bottle. Clove, light coriander/pepper, lemon, and wheat malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow color with large head and mild effervescence. Lightly sweet lemon, clove, and wheat malt flavor. Spicy nose but light flavor. Okay but below average.

Bottled. An unclear light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of straw, wheat, and cloves. The flavor is sweet wheaty combined with lighter notes of straw, citrus, and banana, leading to a dry citrusy finish.

Bottle, shared by papsoe. It pours a hazy, yellow-orange body and a white head of moderate size. Banana, cloves, sugars and a grainy touch in the aroma is followed by the same impression in the mouth. Medium body. Some bitterness shows up towards the finish, working nicely against the fruit and sugar. Sure drinkable and quenching, but it doesn’t stand out, and could use more complexity. (080823)

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a very hazy golden with a handsome white head. Yeast and a little banana in the aroma. Medium body with a high carbonation level. Yeasty, lightly sweet banana and cloves. Soft and pleasant finish. 230808

Botella. Hazy golden, medium white head. Aroma of wheat and fruity banana. Good mouthfeel. The flavour has a pleasant fruitiness with wheat and banana along with some mild spice. Nice brew.
