Bottle, 4.8%. Good citric aroma, spicy with a hint of sweet fruit. Cloudy yellow colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is slightly buttery, faintly citric. Distinct bitterness. The aroma is better than the flavour.

Bottled. An unclear light golden beer with a thick white head. The aroma has notes of malt, citrus, and straw, as well as light notes of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a dry, bitter, and hoppy finish.

Light unclear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081004]

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours hazy yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Crisp citrusy hops aroma. Smooth and crisp citrusy hops flavours with a light malt base. Light bitterness nicely balanced to the fruity hops flavours and yet with a decent malt presence. Light bitter and refreshing citrusy finish. Nice one.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours ahazy and opaque pale golden with a dense white head leaving some laces. Lightly tart citrusy hop aroma. Medium body with a good malt base, and a dry hopping with a floral touch. 041008

Swing top bottle. Blonde, hazy, big frothy head. Flowery, slightly citric hoparoma with a hint of cardboard. Flowery citric hopbitter, slightly perfumed flavor with a hint of raspberry. Long grassy citric aftertaste. Tasty kellerbier.
