Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Klasse Vollbier!

Bottle: Golden, visible carbonation, small and stable creamy white head; clean pale-malty nose with a shy aromatic-hoppy background; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft and light bodied; sweet malty finish with fine traces of citrussy hops in the aftertaste. Very reasonable Helles.....

(bottle, purchased at the brewery) Clear, golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Malt-accented, slightly bready arona with light notes of citrus and herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, a bit light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Pale and cara-malty base with notes of bread and a tinge of biscuits, accompanied by herbal hops from the middle part; dry-ish sweet-bitter malty finish with a discreet but still present herbal hop-character. 18.V.10
