COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In the small bottle of "highly welcome, as" a party beer, because it is thanks to a special brewing a mild beer that herauskitzelt the whole world of flavors of malt and hops. For the "big city" of people in Berlin, Stuttgart and Cologne, a revelation of what can be achieved with craft brewing and quality water from the Swabian Alb.

Bottle (as Filstal Pils): Greenish golden, small white foamy layer; grainy-fruity nose with a touch of hops; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; hoppy traces in the bitter-grainy finish. Disappointing.....

(NRW-bottle, as Götz Adler Filstal Pils, 4.8% abv) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized frothy head. Moderately sweet pale malty and slightly draffy aroma with notes of DMS and citric and herbal hops. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly stale pale malt character with herbal and slightly citric accents; moderately dry and slim malty finish with nasty notes of metal. Not convincing. 08.V.10
